Refund Policy

ResumeFit sells one-time access to a full resume optimization result for a specific analysis task. Because AI results are delivered immediately after payment, completed unlocks are generally non-refundable.
We will review refund requests for duplicate charges, payment errors, failed generation, or cases where the paid result was not made available.
Refund requests should be sent within 7 days to support@applyfit.one with the account email, task title, payment date, and reason for the request.
Because the product is a digital AI-generated result delivered shortly after payment, dissatisfaction with stylistic wording alone may not qualify for a refund once the full result and PDF are made available.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when supported by the payment processor.
