Privacy Policy

We collect the resume text, uploaded file content, job description text, job description screenshots, account email, task history, payment status, and generated AI results needed to provide ResumeFit.

We use this data to create free previews, generate paid optimized resumes, store your task history, process payments, prevent abuse, and provide support.

AI processing may be handled by third-party model providers. Payments are processed by Creem. File and result storage may use Cloudflare R2 or local storage in development.

When you upload or paste a job description screenshot, we process the image to extract readable job description text for the analysis. Avoid uploading screenshots that contain unrelated personal or confidential information.

You can request deletion or export of your account data by contacting support@applyfit.one. Do not upload sensitive information that is not required for resume review.
